On Pallet Rails to Future
With a fully automated machine for assembling Pallet Rails Type 720 Rollex has started into the Year 2009.
This covers the continuously rising demand in buffer and dispatch zones as well as in machine supply mechanisms frequently used pallet rail.
The Pallet Rail Type 720 is a perfect alternative if cheap non driven transport of pallets and bulk goods is required. If further requirements like feed-across motion for pallets and iron-barred boxes are added the pallet rail shows its advantages, cause the small pitch of 52 mm and the high load capacity of 150 kilos each roller make safe transport possible even if the contact surface is very small.
Up to now the roller have been assembled automatically, the assembling of the roller into the rail has been made by hand. With the new machine the capacity of Type 720 has benn increased a lot.
